It’s time to start another Puppy Agility & Socialization Class!  This special class gives pups from 8 weeks to a year old the perfect start to developing confidence and socialization skills by learning basic obedience, skills relevant to agility, and playing on no-impact agility obstacles.  Focus is on building a positive working relationship with your puppy using play, toys, and lots of treats.

The tentative start date is Wednesday, November 12th, at 6:45 p.m.  The class meets once a week for 7 weeks.  A minimum of 5 pups are needed to hold the class, so mail in your registration form and class fees right away.

Handler & Dog Skills:

• Attention
• Motivation
• Recalls
• Targeting
• Shaping behaviors
• Basic groundwork (following the hand, circle work, straight-line running)
• Tugging
• Puppy agility obstacles (ground poles, tire, table, tunnel, chute, wobble board, teeter, ladder)
• Socialization

Class Fees:

• $100 for 7 weeks.
• Class fees and a Registration Form are required to reserve a space.
• Class schedule is subject to change due to agility trials, inclement weather, etc.
