Despite getting a new Border Collie puppy on Friday, May 16th, Debbie and her Border Collies Senna & Braedan also competed in the USDAA South Central Regional event in Fort Worth for three days.  Despite having “puppy brain”, Senna & Braedan did some fantastic things.  “The Princess & The Saint” team consisting of Senna and Averie (owned by PAWSters Samantha Ferrie) finished in 2nd Place in the PVP Team Tournament.  In addition, Senna was the Top Overall Individual in his jump height for the Tournament. Braedan’s team, “Braedan’s Got Magic Moon Powers” (with friends Brenda Kelly & Luna and Herb Blase & Shazam!) took 2nd Place in the Championship Team Tournament. To end an already wonderful weekend, after running first in his jump height in the Grand Prix Regional Finals, Braedan’s clean run held up, and he became the 2014 22″ South Central Regional Grand Prix Champion. Debbie couldn’t be prouder of her boys!
