AKC Agility Trial Results

As always, DAWG put on a nice 3-day AKC agility trial in McKinney this past weekend.  Some PAWSters entered just one day; some two; and a few diehards all three days 😉  In addition to the agility trial, a special Veterans Agility Parade was held to commemorate the senior dogs (9 years of age and older).  There were 34 dogs who participated in the parade, and many of them are still competing in agility.  My own Tristan was one month shy of being the oldest dog (he’ll be 16 years old in January) in the parade.  He got lots of attention from folks who were around in the days when Tristan was active in agility, and all those who remembered him were complimentary of how good he still looks.
